Ahhh, berfday past, Deviant Berfday past and I completely forgot to do anything on Dev art to celebrate, here I am a month late for my Dev art berfday lul. I've been quite busy with work, I have new art,and I have CS4, but I am to lazy to upload them, maybe if I had some encouragement. I am also working on a story of mine, that people think is rather good...I wonder if I should upload that >.>
None the less just needed to ramble on bout this and that BTW

[Appearance]
Pandar is a male, black hair with white streaks, his eyes are blue, and he has spiky hair that all flows to the right side of his head. He wears Black Cargo pants with white dots going down the side of his legs. He has a black T with a short black jacket. He always has his Radioactive goggles that hang from his neck, on his forehead, or when needed on his eyes. He has a black choker and on it is a pendant with a white panda skull. He has Asian colored skin, both of his ears are round. His eyes are narrow and he has thin plump lips. From the back of his head is a rat tail, that goes down to his butt, where on his butt you can see to giant white spots from his pants. He is slim with slightly muscular arms, & torso.

Personality:
Pandar, is a hyperactive Panda Monkey, he loves to party and he aims to be the best at everything he does. He wants to make it big, and he wants to make a lot of friends. He is a care free space cadet, his head forever in the clouds.

Weapons:
Kuroichi: One heavy metallic claw, that can be used on either hand. It has a drill on the end of it.
Ichi & Ro: Two heavy Metallic gloves, light weight and made for high speed punches. They can further be used as projectiles as a last resort method. Pandar decided to name them both, Ichi and Ro. He has used these weapons since the beginning. He refuses to change them, even if he finds a better weapon.
